Purpose Statement

At Southwest Church of Christ, we believe that our vision has been plainly set before us by some of the last words of Jesus to his disciples:

"...go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." - Matthew 28:19-20

We restate this vision in our mission statement with three simple phrases:

Serving People, Sharing Christ, Changing Lives

We attempt to reach this stated goal through prayer, praise, study, and humble service to all who need a saving relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ. We hope you will join us in the process of maturing as disciples of Jesus our Savior.
